London was in bloom!

Cheers, folks. We are off to England for the next several blog days. Our first stop is historic Hampton Court Palace. The public gardens were in full bloom. I was experimenting with manual focus and DOF and was able to produce this image of some cream-colored (should I say coloured?) daffodils. Happy spring!

  1. I admit that I don't empathizr with the flower like I should, but Val with all that great History to photograph in London, you chose flowers for your first Blighty Pic? I just can't get my head around it.

  6. Wow, Val! Love your spot of focus and the resulting effect. The tree trunk adds the glue that puts the whole photo together. Great job!
    More, more!
